The return capsule of the Shenzhou-13 manned spaceship returned to Earth safely

Three Chinese astronauts, the second team sent to ortit for space station construction, have completed their six-month mission and returned to Earth safely on April 16, 2022. The return capsule or the Shenzhou-13 manned spaceship, carrying astronauts Zhai Zhigang, Wang Yaping, Ye Guangfu, touched down at the Dongfeng landing site in north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. 


The Shenzhou 13 manned spacecraft was launched from Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center on October 16, 2021, and then docked with Tianhe Core Module to form a combination. Three astronauts entered the core module and stayed in the core module for six months, setting a new record for the continuous flight time of Chinese astronauts in orbit. 


The successful completiong of the Shenzhou-13 manned mission marks the successful completion of the key technology verification phase of the space station, and the China Space Station is about to enter the construction stage.
